At Balance studio we do our best to give each client the support he or she needs in order to achieve thier personal goals. If you are new to the fitness industry or are recovering from an injury we suggest that you allow us to help you choose your classes so that we can ensure the proper fit of class level and instructor.
If you are currently involved in a fitness regime and know which classes would best suite you, you are welcome to contact us for registration or feel free to drop-into one of our designated drop-in classes.
Form fitting clothing with lots of stretch allow our instructors to better assist you as they are able to clearly see your body alignment including your torso, legs and arms. Avoid pants or tops that are bulky or too loose.
All of our yoga and Pilates classes are performed in bare feet. If you are participating in an indoor bootcamp style class please bring a pair of clean indoor running shoes.
What to bring
Please feel free to bring along a towel and personal water bottle.
