Beginner Core Challenge on Equipment

 

For the first time we are offering a group style beginner class that will teach you the basics of our Core Challenge on Equipment class. Within a small group you will be guided through the fundamentals of using pilates equipment for overall body conditioning. Participants will enjoy the benefits of increased muscular strength and endurance and will begin to notice their bodies tone, lift and begin to move with increasing ease and agility. This 4 week program will build the foundational tools that will allow participants to easily and successfully join our other larger larger group classes.

This class is a 4 week registered class beginning March 31st. ($80)

Tuesdays @ 10:00am, Fridays @ 10:00am & 5:00pm

Most of this class is done in bare feet; however you may wish to also bring a pair of indoor running shoes for some of the exercises. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. You may also like to bring a water bottle and a towel. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum.
