

This class is ideal for someone who has not been active or is not interested in an intense, extreme paced bootcamp class but would still like to see the benefits that bootcamp has to offer. The class will alternate between cardiovascular drills and resistance training that will yield results such as weight loss and muscle toning. The cardiovascular stations will be taught in levels so that you are able to work where you feel comfortable. Don't feel intimidated, just come out and enjoy this fun and supportive class. Running is minimal.
You may register into 1x/week for $72 for a 6 week session, 2x/week for $120 for a 6 week session or drop-in for $14 per class. Make-up classes are always available with prior notice.

Bring a water bottle and please wear a good pair of outdoor running shoes. Dress in layers to ensure you don't overheat or become chilled. All equipment is provided.
