

Come spice up your fitness routine with DanceFix! This aerobic style "dance" class combines cardiovascular training and muscle conditioning. Dancefix will keep you movin' and groovin' through a challenging workout. No dance experience necessary, but come prepared to get silly, sweaty and have fun!
This class can be done as a drop-in ($12) or as a registered class ($8 for a 5 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Please bring a good pair of indoor running shoes along with a towel and water bottle. You will need them!
