

This class is suitable for a current dancer or someone who has studied perhaps many years ago. This class will enforce and build upon classical Ballet techniques through barre and centre exercises in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. A participant can be expected to observe a number of physical benefits, from stronger muscles and increased flexibility to better posture and body awareness.
This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. This class can be done in socks initially; however, a pair of soft toed ballet slippers are ideal. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum.
