Outdoor Bootcamp

 

Enjot the fresh air as you challenge your current fitness level and reap the benefits from this ultimate calorie-burning workout. A fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training that is adaptable to many fitness levels. This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Bring a water bottle and please wear a good pair of outdoor running shoes. Dress in layers to ensure you don't overheat or become chilled. All equipment is provided.
