Saturday Cardio Bootcamp

 

Our most challenging class, participants are taken on an exciting fitness challenge which incorporates everyday items such as stairs, park benches and anything else that can be used to lunge, push or climb upon. Although challenging this class is full of laughter as you take in the beautiful ocean views as you sweat your way to a new level of fitness. Participants need to be able to run a minimum of 20 minutes and have no current injuries.

This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Bring a water bottle and please wear a good pair of outdoor running shoes. Dress in layers to ensure you don't overheat or become chilled. All equipment is provided.
