This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Please bring a good pair of indoor running shoes along with a towel and water bottle. You will need them! Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. All equipment is provided.
