

This is a 90 minute intense ab workout. You will definitely be feeling this class the next day!
This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This class is done in bare feet; however, you do have the option to wear socks if you would like. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided.
