This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Wednesday 5:15pm- 6:15pm (taught by Amy Chayko), Thursdays 5:00 - 6:00 (taught by Kelly Webb).
This class is done in bare feet. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided.
