Core Conditioning

 

Tired of hammering out the crunches day in and day out, and wondering why you are not getting the results you want? This fabulous 60 minutes class focuses attention and effort strictly on the core. Learn to train your core where abdominal and low back training is taken to a different level. Then treat yourself to a stretch designed to improve flexibility and release tension. Relax your mind and lengthen your muscles.

This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Please bring a good pair of indoor running shoes along with a towel and water bottle. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided
