

With attention to breath and movement, this class will invite you to explore your body with new found awarness. Each class will include Hatha yoga postures and breath work, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Come and enjoy learning about the different aspects of yoga and have fun at the same time.
This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This class is done in bare feet. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided.
