Yoga for Athletes

 

Balance the body with the incredible teachings of Elizabeth Peckham. Your body, your mind and your spirit will come alive with the yoga. The focus of the class is to stretch and strengthen the entire body while creating elongation of the spine and balance throughout the body. You will thank yourself for this!

This class is a registered class. Registration can be done through Frontrunners running store.

Tueday 5:00pm- 6:30pm (taught by Elizabeth Peckham)

This class is done in bare feet. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided.
