Yoga Flow

 

An invigoratingly challenging practice that appeals to active people of all ages and abilities. Emphasis will be placed on strengthening core muscles, and the cardiovascular system through flowing movement sequences of traditional postures. There will also be a focus on breath, relaxation, and mind/body awareness.

This class can be done as a drop-in ($14), through a punch card ($125 for 10 classes) or as a registered class ($96 for an 8 week session). This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Monday 5:00pm- 6:30pm (taught by Sarah Jackson)

This class is done in bare feet. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum. Mats are provided.
