Core Challenge on Equipment

 

This class takes Pilates equipment to the next level. Students move from station to station following a routine that changes every other week. Enjoy the benefits of resistance training while increasing your cardiovascular health. This class is for participants who wish to see results quickly and enjoy being continuously challenged.

All of our Core Challenge on Equipment classes require that you first complete a recommended 3 privates before joining into the group classes. Once you have completed your privates, or with approval from the instructor, you are then able to join this class either as a drop-in ($20) or by using your punch card ($160 for 10 classes). This class is perfect for someone who needs flexibility as you are not registering into a set class. This class has a maximum number of 8 participants and is suitable for all fitness levels. Please contact us to make arrangements to book your privates.

Most of this class is done in bare feet; however you may wish to also bring a pair of indoor running shoes for some of the exercises. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. You may also like to bring a water bottle and a towel. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum.
