

This class is based on the STOTT Pilates method. The STOTT method is a progressive approach to Pilates exercises that focuses on specific breath patterns, proper alignment, core stabilization and muscular endurance training. This class will primarily use the Reformer with some exercises perfomed on the Cadillac (wall unit).
These classes are not available for drop-in and are a registered class. These classes have a maximum of 4 participants and can be adaptable to all levels. All of our STOTT pilates equipment classes require that you first complete a recommended 3 privates before joining into the group classes. Please contact us to make arrangements to book your privates or to register into this class upon instructor approval. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
Tuesday 5:00pm, 6:00pm & 7:00pm (taught by Mia Soehn), Thursday 7:15pm (taught by Maureen Johnson) . All STOTT equipment classes are 1 hour in length.
This class is done in bare feet; however, you do have the option to wear socks if you would like. Wear fitted comfortable attire that will allow the instructor to view your alignment while providing you with maximum mobility. Please keep jewelry and scents to a minimum.
