Baby & Mom Pilates
This playful, yet challenging class allows new moms to rejuvenate, recondition, and realign their post pregnancy body while enriching their relationship with their babies. Restore core strength, improve posture, and reduce tension in a relaxed atmosphere where you are encouraged to participate according to baby’s needs. Classes are done bare foot, wear comfortable clothing and bring everything you need for baby. No Pilates experience necessary.
