Pre-Natal Fitness

 

Learn how to tone and strengthen your body with other moms-to-be as you go through the remarkable changes of pregnancy! Prenatal yoga and fitness is a great way to help you focus more deeply on your pregnancy, giving yourself and your baby the time and attention you both need.
Prenatal yoga and fitness class involves gentle stretching and strengthening as well as breathing techniques, sounding and deep relaxation. It's fun, easy and helps eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, from backache to ankle swelling and many others. No yoga experience is necessary. See you there!

 

Baby & Mom Pilates

 

This playful, yet challenging class allows new moms to rejuvenate, recondition, and realign their post pregnancy body while enriching their relationship with their babies. Restore core strength, improve posture, and reduce tension in a relaxed atmosphere where you are encouraged to participate according to baby’s needs.  Classes are done bare foot, wear comfortable clothing and bring everything you need for baby.  No Pilates experience necessary.

Please have your Mid-wife's or Health Care Provider's approval before starting this class.
