If you plan to take 3 or more classes a week then we would recommend a monthly membership. The monthly membership allows you to participate in as many classes as you would like. This is ideal for clients who are looking for a well rounded fitness regime.
We offer two different types of monthly plans, one that includes equipment classes and one that does not. If you have never participated in an equipment class before then you still must complete a minimum of 3 private classes before entering into the group classes.
