Due to our small class sizes we require that each client be aware of our cancellation policy prior to registering into their class.

• All fees are payable prior to the start of a session or class and are non-refundable
• Class credits are transferable

Missed Classes:

• we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations
• full fees will be charged for missed appointments when less than 24 hours notice is given
• when 24 hour notice has been given, a client is able to make-up the class in an alternative class (at the appropriate level) with approval from the instructor
• all make-up classes must be completed before the start of a the new session
• there will no long be make-up credits or transferable credits once a session has ended
