Outdooor Bootcamp
Enjot the fresh air as you challenge your current fitness level and reap the benefits from this ultimate calorie-burning workout. A fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training that is adaptable to many fitness levels. Don’t feel intimidated, just come out and enjoy this fun and supportive class. Participants should be injury free.

Our outdoor bootcamp will return in the spring
Lunch Bootcamp
Participants will rotate through a series of resistance training stations aimed at building both cardio endurance and increasing lean muscle. This class will focus on strengthening your upper body, toning your legs and sculpting your abdominals. Although this class is not cardio based, participants will still receive the benefit of an increased heart rate do to the quick transition between stations.

Indoor Bootcamp
Challenge your current fitness level and reap the benefits from this ultimate calorie-burning workout. A fun and challenging combination of cardiovascular drills and resistance training that is adaptable to many fitness levels. Don’t feel intimidated, just come out and enjoy this fun and supportive class. Participants should be injury free.

Saturday Outdoor Bootcamp
Our most challenging class, participants are taken on an exciting fitness challenge which incorporates everyday items such as stairs, park benches and anything else that can be used to lunge, push or climb upon. Although challenging this class is full of laughter as you take in the beautiful ocean views as you sweat your way to a new level of fitness.
Participants need to be able to run a minimum of 20 minutes and have no current injuries. This class will start March 22nd
